The four roller bearings of the crusher are lubricated with grease, and the labyrinth seal ring filled with grease’effectively prevents dust intrusion. As a standard configuration equipment, a centralized lubrication distributor lsinstalled, and all lubrication points are centrally connected here by oil pipes, which makes the lubrication of bearingsmore safe and convenient. The automatic lubrication system can be connected to the existing control system forremote alarm indication to better protect the roller bearings. There are traditional gasket adjustment mode, hydraulicauxiliary adjustment mode and wedge block hydraulic adjustment mode set at the ore discharge outlet. The jawplate is fixed on the crusher by the quick installation method of pressing strip and supporting strp. The use of someprotective parts can effectively avoid the damage of main parts.It reduces the total cost of equipment life cycle andimproves the operation rate. For example, a replaceable base plate is added between the jaw plate and the movingjaw and the fixed jaw, and the replaceable support strip set at the discharge port protects the moving jaw and thefixed jaw from wear, Heavy guard plate is used on the bearing seat to avoid wear of the bearing seat.
